Attention 3rd and 4th year Chemical Engineering students!
You are invited to attend the 2nd Annual Master’s Research Project Webinar organized by the Systems and Control Division of the Canadian Society for Chemical Engineering. This event will be held online on Wednesday, March 23 from 5:30 to 6:30.
At the webinar we will provide information about tuition costs and funding packages for Master’s students (Yes, grad students do get paid!) and job opportunities for Master’s and PhD recipients in Systems and Control. We will also tell you about mathematical and statistical methods and how they are used by companies for simulating, monitoring, optimizing and controlling chemical and biochemical processes. At the end of the webinar, there will be opportunities for you to ask questions.
The best part of the webinar will be the middle where the following professors from across Canada will each present a slide (and talk for 2 minutes) about the exciting research projects they have available for Master’s and PhD students starting their degrees in 2016 or 2017:
Bhushan Gopaluni, UBC
Stevan Dubljevic, Alberta
Biao Huang, Alberta
