The D.G. Fisher award may be made annually to an individual who has made substantial contributions in the field of Systems and Control Engineering. The award is given in recognition of significant contributions in any, or all, of the areas of theory, practice and education. The award consists of $1000, a commemorative scroll, and the opportunity to give the D.G. Fisher Keynote Address at the next Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference. The award ceremony will take place at the Annual General Meeting of the Systems and Control Division of the Canadian Society for Chemical Engineering (CSChE).

To nominate an individual for this award, you need to:

  1. Use nomination form via the Scholar One link on the CIC website
  2. Send the completed nomination package to Luis Ricardez-Sandoval by February 28th, 2015.

A nomination, once submitted, can be valid for 3 years. Please indicate that you wish the nomination to be considered for 3 years at the time of submission.
